Dog Boarding
Our facility raises the fun factor for dog boarding in Metro Detroit. Dogs that stay in Group Play Boarding get to play in our doggy daycare all day, so it’s like they get a vacation of their own! At night, your dog is kept company by an overnight attendant, and during the day, we have live webcams to give you that extra peace of mind. These are just some of the many ways we care for your dog so you can enjoy your time away even more.
Going on a trip soon? We recommend starting the registration process a few weeks in advance.
Group Play Dog Boarding
Group Play dog boarding allows your furry friend to participate in off-leash, open play with other four-legged friends during the day. Pups eligible for Group Play must:
- Be between 12 weeks - 12 years old
- Be spayed/neutered if 9 months or older
- Be up to date on Bordetella, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Rabies vaccines
- Have passed an evaluation prior to their overnight visit
Evaluations do expire if your pup hasn't visited us in over 6 months. We recommend visiting at least once per week to stay active and establish a good routine for your dog! Don't think your dog would be eligible for Group Play? Scroll to the bottom of the page to learn about Private Play.

We didn't think boarding would ever be an option for our dog, as pack play is too much for him. Called Canine to Five to see if limiting playtime would be an option. Turns out, they have several different areas for dogs of different sizes and activity levels, including a special lounge for senior/special needs dogs! We just did a first day evaluation, and the staff were so caring and accommodating. They really know their stuff—they placed our pup where he would do best, and he had a great first day. He clearly loved it there! When it was time to go home, he didn't want to leave. Any concerns we had about boarding are gone, and we are excited to take him back.
