Dogs must follow these requirements to join:
- Be under 13 years old
- Be spayed/neutered if 9 months or older

Evaluations do expire if your pup hasn't visited us in over 6 months. We recommend visiting at least once per week to stay active and establish a good routine for your dog. While we do accept unaltered dogs, for safety reasons, we cannot lodge dogs while they are in heat or pregnant.

If you check-in after 1PM, you will receive a $10 Afternoon Check-In discount

If you check-out between 10AM - 1PM, you will be charged for a half day of daycare. If you check-out after 1PM, you will be charged for a full day of daycare. Checking out prior to 10AM avoids extra fees.
In order to maintain a more stable pack of dogs during busy holiday boarding times, we require a 2-night minimum stay for the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. We also charge an extra $5/night during peak times throughout the year to accommodate extra staffing.
Canine To Five requires a 50% deposit to secure all holiday boarding reservations. These deposits are non-refundable in the event a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. All other non-holiday reservations simply require a 50% deposit to be paid at check-in and are refundable in the event you need to cancel.
